Shipping Policy

GelatinBurn ships from our USA fulfillment center. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order Processing

Orders are confirmed and sent to fulfillment within 24–48 hours of successful payment clearance. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after receiving this email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping options and estimated transit times:

  • Standard Shipping — 5–7 business days (most common; cost shown at checkout)
  • Expedited Shipping — 2–3 business days (where available; additional cost at checkout)

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may take 10–20 business days depending on destination country, local customs processing, and postal service efficiency.

Important for international orders:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • International transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays.
  • We are not responsible for packages delayed, detained, or seized by customs.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. GelatinBurn and ClickBank are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@gelatinburn.com — we can only modify addresses before the order is dispatched.

Package and Delivery

GelatinBurn ships in plain, discreet packaging. The product name does not appear on the outside of the shipping box. The sender name on the package may reflect our fulfillment partner rather than GelatinBurn.

If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or other members of your household
  • Check around your property (porch, mailbox, side door)
  • Wait 24 hours — carrier systems sometimes update prematurely
  • Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number
  • If still unresolved, contact us at support@gelatinburn.com

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered that are subsequently stolen from your delivery location. We recommend filing a report with the carrier and your local post office in such cases.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (wrong address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment due to address errors made by the buyer.
